Bosses @ Vivo City, #02-156

We initially went to the place for the dim sum but sadly after we have decided on the ones that we were going to order, we were told that the only available dimsum were shanghai dumpling and custard bun. Anyway the dumpling was good. My noodles were handmade, and overally was good though not extraordinary, not the type that made you come back for it again. Same with congee I guess, since my dinner companion told me that it was only so-so.
Shanghai Dumpling ($7)
Szechuan Spicy Noodles ($8)
3 Egg Pork Congee ($7.50)

Jasmine Tea ($2 per pax)

Snacks ($3.80)

Bakerzin (Again and Again and Again)

Raspberry Panna Cotta ($8.80). Not your average panna cotta. If you think it is too expensive, there is always panna cotta from Cafe by the Quad at NTU. It is sold at only $1.50 per cup and the taste is much worth its price.
Cheesecake, now 2 slices for $8 (usual price 1 slice for $6.50)
Walnut Cheesecake
Caramel Cheesecake
All prices exclude applicable taxes.

::Max Brenner Chocolate Bar @ Vivocity
Chocolate Granita ($9.90), pure chocolate truffle blended with ice with choice of dark, milk and white chocolate. Mine was milk chocolate. Ok only.

::The Queen and Mangosteen
This restaurant is surprisingly good. After my friend and I browsed the menu, we were on the verge of looking for other restaurants because the foods were unfamiliar to us. Luckily we decided to give it a try and I have to say it is a good decision.

Premium Scottish Breaded Scampi, Chips & Peas ($26). The scampi was superb and the chips were just fried so they were crunchy. The good thing that made them stand out is that they were not oily at all, so unlike normal fries I eat.

Mixed Seafood Deli Board ($26), consisted of Beer Battered Fish, Chilled Prawns, Crayfish and Fried Whitebait served with Dipping Sauces.
White Chocolate & Cassis Cake with Chocolate Ice-Cream and Mixed Berry Sauce ($12). I ordered this as starter instead of dessert. Anyway I was surprised with its presentation, very nice wasn't it? And the taste was even better. I highly recommend this. I'll definitely come back again to try other desserts.
