Revisiting Bakerzin

Mini Strawberry Tart ($4.50), delightful although if you expect to find more strawberries than the three ones for decoration, you will be disappointed. This mini tart isn't really about strawberry.
Strawberry Eclair ($5.20), just normal vanilla eclair with 4 halves of strawberry. I would expect the filling to be something like strawberry cream or anything that has more to do with strawberry, but again, it isn't. I would recommend the strawberry tart but not really this one.

Tsuru Tsuru Tei

Nabeyaki Udon ($12.80). The taste was very mild and I found it difficult to enjoy the udon with such a mild broth. It tasted a bit richer and better after I added a few drops of chili oil and sprinkled chili powder.
Shabu Ramen ($13.80)
Scoop Cake ($6). Must try. I like it and won't mind coming back just for it.

Swensen's

Coit Tower ($8.90)
Chilli Crab Pasta ($16.20)
Breaded Chicken ($14.50)
I wanted the balloons but I am always scared they burst.
Valentine's Day promotion of ice cream cake (I bet) called 'Nuts about You'. I saw them stored in fridge and they were really pretty.

Chili's

The waiting time was long but the foods that came, well, they were worth the wait. I went there for a Saturday lunch and when I reached there, the restaurant was pretty much occupied already.
Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers ($23.90). Surprisingly tasty. I initially expected it to be normal fried chicken dressed in heavy bottled sauce but it was not like that. The sauce was both sweet and spicy and it complemented well with the crispy batter of the chicken, which itself had melt-in-the-mouth kind of feeling, not chewy or rubbery
Monterey Chicken ($25.90). I tried a bite, and I think it was really good too.

Prices exclude GST. There is no service charge.
